vbulletin.org update notification

Some updates are being applied to vbulletin.org this weekend.

Since these updates require a number of database changes, the site will be offline for a small period of time. This is currently planned for this Sunday afternoon (UK Time). I don't expect the downtime to be more than 30 minutes.

ha - I don't know what they did, but I can't use attachments on my threads over there anymore.
