HTML Embed

hello all, i am trying to add my custom html video embed code i have given permission to my self to HTMl and i am trying to post that its not embedding and i try in the signature it works there somehow not in the my test forum........this is the code

anyone???
i am trying to embed window media player....how can i do this???/ i have enable the HTML code for administrator but i can not embed into the thread i can embed into the signature please help me how can i do this....here is the code
