Posting in correct forum hack

I saw this hack on digitalpoint where everytime you want to start a thread, you have to click a small checkbox indicating that this is the correct forum for the thread.

i tried looking at vb.org but couldnt get it. Does anyone know about this hack?

Never heard of it, but to be honest, it sounds pretty useless.

Actually, it will be very important in my forum,

I will change the line to "are you sure you are not breaking the following rules:
rule1
rule2
rule3"

Just to make sure that rules are followed. I have some very strict rules on the forum and I dont want to ban innocent users who failed to read the rules in the haste of getting their queries answered.
