Calendar modification?

Not sure where to post this but I'm looking for a simple thing, I hope.

I would like to create a signup sheet for Events in my calendar. This way when viewing the event they can click something like "Attend this event" and also on the "event view" it shows who is currently attending.

Something like that exists at the org. It's something like "Attend this event". Can't remember the full name.
