RPG Script.....

Does anyone know if there is an RPG Script out there, that is very customizable....?
Something like the following:
- http://www.thecrims.com/
- http://gladiatus.com/

I dont know what else to say except that it doesnt need to be a vbulletin RPG Script it can be a standalone script.....
