Cannot login to "Admin CP" after mysql dump!

I have moved my forum to an dedicated server, but when I use the backup files given to me by my previous host the members front end works fine but I get a message that says that there is a problem with the User name or Password in the admin cp. This only occurs when using the backup files that was hosted on the previous host. If I run a clean install then all is fine and operational, but its bombs out on the admin control login and the software seems to look for the previous host.

Any help will be accepted greatly. :confused:
