Registered member logs in, vBulletin "Welcomes" member. Then when member clicks on a forum, she has to re-log in. This happens repeatedly.
This problem is with this one member as far as I can tell.
Any ideas what the problem is?
Thanks in advance.

They are hitting the site at, and this is an example, example.com.
When they click a link, they go to www.example.com and lose their cookie.

Have him log out completely (as he can) then have him MANUALLY delete all of his cookies. That generally works...when it doesn't work it's often a cookie issue of some other kind (like an internet cafe, or a library).
But it's important that it's MANUAL on the cookie deletion. You can try through TOOLS > OPTIONS or whatever in your browswer, but often you'll actually need to get into the c: drive and pluck them out by clicking on them with the mouse individually.
Sadly that last part is not an option at most public computers...so if that's the case, he'll need to ask a clerk or something, but that rarely works.

the solution is in the settings for your forum to either remove or add the www
Which ever one gives the error, remove that one.
Http//example.com or http//www.example.com
The board adds what you set in the software, so if your domain is http://example.com and you added www.example.com all links are gonna seek login for security.
