Thread Title Format - Hack Req [Archive]

Hello,
I am willing to pay for someone that can create a simple hack for our vbulletin board..
I have 3 sections in the forum: support, bugs, and general chat..
I would like support and bugs section to have the title with a special format.. ex.

[AB] Software One v1.0
[DC] Software Two v1.0
[AB] Software Three v1.0
[DC] Software Four v1.0

those samples are specified on our forum rules and if the users doesnt write the tittle
with the correct format and try to submit to say something like "incorrect title"

is this possible to do for vbulletin ?
