Hey again.. New question...
I want to create a backup of i site i have previously had.. I am using the backup of that now on http://vacf.com.au if you wish to know why i want a custom one made... (ie check the link at the very bottom... Basicly im worried that all this will cause trouble in the future... SO... I wanted to do the following:
Create a backup with only the following:
Catagories, Posts, Threads
Members (not their personal settings though.. conflict with gxboxlive mod)
Groups.. This i will need to remain in contact if i can.. No mod conflict...
and i think that is it...
Well here is a screenshot of the options i can choose.. there is a few.. but i just want the things above only to copy.. none of the board settings templates.. etc...

Dont know if this is double post... my computer froze just after i pressed add.. I cant find the otyher post anywhere so i guess not.. If so i apologise please delet.. But i couldn't find the other one :S
