You need to spend some time with your no frills style, or prevent people from selecting it. It is a wreck on your home page. No navigation module to be found there, either.

The reason I noticed this is because I am turned off by dark styles, so I wanted to try to find a style that would allow me to look at the forum, without being turned off by the default style. I saw all the issues with the no frills home page and was away.

Sorry I couldn't offer you anything positive.
