*Please note that we are experiencing major delays in revenue reporting from CJ.com We are not seeing revenue data all the way back to November 28th from CJ.com but they have assured us they are actively working on a fix, sorry about this. Your revenue will not be lost.
You'll see the above quote if you log into "my account" but what I'm wondering if it really is a CJ issue. I mean, how many problems can a program have that can all be pushed off on someone else?
Is anyone having shoppingads issues?
CJ issues?
Ebay issues?
Or is it all just AuctionAds?
There has been trouble with payments this month. AA claims that it was an issue with mass transfers through paypal, yet I got paid from other PP sources...
Either AA is truly a lemon, or they are lying to us. I know that many people are having trouble with AuctionAds...but are any of you having troubles with other networks?
Either way, they are passing the buck, and eventually this will catch up with them.

I have no problems with CJ but still having problems with AA. I still haven't been paid for last month and I'm not very happy!

I personally have a hard time passing the buck when they are just completely ignoring their site on several levels.
Take their blog for instance. They have not posted on it since september, and have not approved comments on any entries in even longer. Now, for nearly a week the blog is white.
http://auctionads.com/blog <-- nothing!?!?!
It is worse though, check out the individual links...
AuctionAds, improving one day at a time! (http://www.auctionads.com/blog/auctionads-improving-one-day-at-a-time/)
Free $25.00 AuctionAds Bonus For New Publishers! (http://www.auctionads.com/blog/free-2500-auctionads-bonus-for-new-publishers/)
Affiliate Payouts bumped from 2% to 5%! (http://www.auctionads.com/blog/affiliate-payouts-bumped-from-2-to-5/)
Blessed is the 404!
Heh, it's no wonder they have been up for months, and still have not gotten a DMOZ listing... the place does not even fit their views on what is OK in the internet world.

How can a site have soooo many problems with their pages when they are not changing anything?
I can not log in now, it just redirects me back to the log in page when I try. The blog is 404ed and/or blanked, and their ads are not showing up on my page.
Who can they blame these troubles on? Their host?
*sigh*

Are you actually doing anything about the problems or just complaining about them?
I contacted them this morning about the problems, via e-mail. I can get into my account after a few retries, and eventually can view stuff, but it's not showing any earnings recently---we made over $500 in November with earnings almost every single day so we should have more than they show.
I'll update if I get a reply.

Funny how they blame CJ yet I've had accounts with CJ for years and NEVER had a problem with them. I also know merchants who haven't had a single problem with them. Maybe those running AA need to actually visit an AA meeting because they really sound like they are in denial :cheers3:
