Hello
I have a few problems that i have to fix , so i tryd a back up but it the people that had signed up are not returning to there places. it wont show those people on the site.
all the people that signed up are all gone.
dus any one know how to fix this problem , or has any one been trought this problem to.
i need to fix this fast , cause people are waiting to log back in.
with out any problems. please tell me how to fix this problem.

Did you backup your databases or just the vBulletin files?

i only have a vBulletin file.
where do i make a back up of databases.
i have this file , not more.

Hello,
We tryd to put a new version on to the site, and change the style.
When trying that it gave and error.
So then the site files where messed up.
And we tryd to put our back up files into it again to restore it.
But now if we put our back up files into the database when it is done uploading. and when i enter the site , all the people that had signed up are all gone and are not placed back to there places.
So every one has been deleted or not replaced.
Could u help me out with this ?

Contact your ISP and see if they can restore the last know good version of your database too.
You need backups of both the site files and database to be able to restore your web site if there is a problem.

thanks for your reply.
but i tryed what u told me, but they couldnt help me with my problem
how could i back up my file with what kind of program would it be use full to try it.
cause all the files and most of the things or gone from my site, i need to recover it all back with this back up file , but it wont recover it all back.
with what kind of program should i try it ?
