Thx Dave! I like looking at the cluster map too heh. It's a nice & quick visual! And it seems like everyone uses the google map so I was trying to be alitte different I guess?

Sweet, thank you Peggy! I really love the look of the vbclassifieds. I am slowly saving $$$ to get a good one. Right now we are trying VBay to see how it works as a supplement. Since we are a bike site, it kinds fits for now. I just installed it a couple days ago so we'll see if the members use it! I know, it's not technically a classified. :p

On another note, I spent half the day today reading all the SEO threads here. OMG have they been helpful. The other half of the day, I've spent implementing all of them! Thanks so much to all for the tips! I didn't realize how desperately I needed to spend time on this. I even verified w/ google and submitted a site map.

Wow, my eyes hurt. Time to go finish watching the Packers vs. Giants NFC Championship.

Ok - I'm back! LOL.

We've made several changes over the past week. I applied all the SEO techniques and our crawl rates have been so much better. Also, we opened up our forums so people can see what we offer! I added a simple hack that permits unregistered/guest view a set amount of threads before having to register. Anyways, this forum has been alot of help to me! I've spent hours reading in the SEO section LOL.

Limited guest viewing 1.0.6. It's working so far, still trying it out!

Cool site, I frequent quite a few sportbike forums and run a few others myself....

Couple suggestions:

Not sure about the whole copy/paste to link to other sites in the column on the left. Just seems a bit "busy", and if you have someone who really wants to link to a site they'll know where to get the code without having to get it from your forum home page.

Recommend changing the status icons to something bike related, instead of the "stock" envelopes. This gives your site even more of a bike feel.

I can't seem to find any nice good statusicons. I almost installed the rpm ones but talked myself out of it.
