How do i change the address of the bottom, this is the active link when a forum is open and normally takes you back to your forum home page

yeh it is a custom template.... i tried changind the code you suggested( highlighted in green), the reson i chnged it to forum is because forum home takes the link to my portal page not forum home page, the forum adress is forum.php but i changed the below to just forum and it still taking me to the portal page lol, relly confusing......
