My name auto-inserted as signature

I am very frustrated. I use vBulletin for teaching a university class. When I open a user's profile through the Admin CP, my first and last name are automatically inserted in the signature box. If a student has entered his or her own signature, it is deleted and replaced by my first and last name before I can even read the original signature.

I use Firefox and have turned off the privacy option, "Remember what I enter in forms and the search bar." The phenomenon continues, however.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Try using IE7 or Opera?

This one stuns me. Certainly not my experience and therefor I struggle to believe this is as a result of vB functionality - unless you've got some bizarre hack/mod loaded.

This is VERY strange. You got me on this one...

Only thing i can think of is if your Vbulletin is stored on a main server, this would mean you are using 1 master copy of vbulletin therefor you server would be storing previous data of yourself, this would happen especially if each person had there own login to the server, this means they would always be login in on there credentials but on the master copy of VB??

If this isn't the case then im stumped sorry....

I am very grateful for all who responded. Your posts triggered an idea. I am embarrassed to admit it, but it was a function of RoboForm. An option to automatically insert my name had been checked. I unchecked it, and the phenomenon stopped.
