reported posts not working

Since upgrading to v3.6.8 i'm having a problem with the reported posts. When the moderators get the actual email of the post somebody is reporting the reason isn't showing up in the email.

I've tried reporting a post myself and my own test text doesn't show up in the email - so it's not that the users aren't filling it in.

is there a setting somewhere that i need to change so that we can see the reason again?
