Problem!! All Threads Moved To One Forum!!

Ok, this is a really really annoyign and stupid problem i have.

I asked a supermoderator on my forum to move all threads in one forum to another. He clicked "admin tool" and hit mass move, and some how, all threads that were not stickied in my ENTIRE forum got moved to one forum.

I need help reversing this or fixing this. Any suggesttions?
My latest back up is quite out of date.

Nope - I think you gotta do it manually - thread by thread.

Unfortunately Joey's correct, as far as I know.
