Unfortunately, my CSS knowledge is lacking so I will be spending a good chunk of my time relearning CSS.

Does anyone know of a good tutorial or a good book to allow me to gain the knowledge I need to gain an advanced level of CSS for someone with a rudimentary level of CSS knowledge?

Right now, I am leaning towards the SitePoint CSS Anthology book.

Eric Meyer books are the best IMO. Also the CSS Zen Garden book is a great reference with some of the best examples taken from the site submissions.

Cascading Style Sheets: The Definitive Guide, Eric Meyer on CSS: Mastering the Language of Web Design, and More Eric Meyer on CSS, all three obviously from Eric Meyer.

The Zen of CSS Design: Visual Enlightenment for the Web, by Dave Shea & Molly E. Holzschlag
