I dont use contracts per se. I have a simple list of rules for the forum and the advertisers' rules are contained within.
In my case, I permit advertisers to advertise their products only within a forum I have made just for them. Otherwise, they can answer posts and suggest products to solve problems, but cannot start a thread to advertise their products except in their own forum.

hi Joey,
thanks for the info above. I have vendor rules also that are very similiar but i was wondering if you have a contract for the ads on the forum or are they through a network? some vendors want to "sponsor" the forum and pay a monthly fee to do so.

Hi Tammy! How have you been? Last I saw of you, I think you were suffering woes with your host. I hope you got all that sorted out.
I do the same thing as Joey with my forum sponsors. They can promote their product in their own forum, but that's about the only 'rule'. I try to keep it simple (so I don't get confused!!), other than that.

Basically, no contract. Just rules laid out as part of the payment process.
