View Full Version : Help Strange header linking problem

I have v3Acade installed.

I just installed vBadvanced CMPS v3.0.1.

Everything went smoothly, but I noticed my header links were incorrect. My forums is installed under "/forums". The links were pointing to "/usercp.php", "/arcade.php" etc.

So I log into controlpanel and change the links under Style Manager - Header. I change the links from "/usercp.php" to "/forums/usercp.php". That works fine on all of the links except the arcade link. When I change it, it resolved on the website as /forums//forums/arcade.php. I can change to it "/forum/arcade.php" and that works, but /forums makes the link go nuts.

Thanks for any help on this!

Did you get the correct forum path inserted in your cmps_index.php file?

If so, take a look at this - http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/faq.php?faq=vba_trouble#faq_vba_trouble_links

/forums is a root url. Change it to forums or put the full url with bburl var.

It's always something dumb!

I didn't have 'arcade.php' in my nav replacements. I just assumed it was there with the rest of them.

Thanks guys.
