About 25 minutes ago I got my 3,000th subscriber on youtube.
What does this mean? People that subscribe to my videos, when they log into youtube, my most recent videos appear on their home page. Its taken me about 16 months to get 3,000 subscribers.
This means when I post a video, when my subscribers log into youtube, they will see it on the homepage.
The last video I posted, which was about 10 hours ago, has been viewed 573 times. While I was typing this up I got my 3,001 subscriber.

So, what are you doing to promote your site?
