Can someone help with a PSP problem/question?? Pretty basic I think, but I can't suss it out! lol
Basically I created a Preset Shape and I want to flood fill it, but I can't select that function (the button is faded out).
Any help would be appreciated, either here or via PM. :) Thanks.

OK, I managed the flood fill, but how do I get rid of the outline of the shape (or recolor it, or part of it)?

thanks everyone!! lol
for now i've improvised in Paint. ;)
anyone else have any clues!?
Use the 'Stroke' effect in the shape funtions, and either deselect it, or make it the same colour as the background.

can't see anything.....
can you give it step-by-step please? :)
I will try to do a few screenies to illustrate what I mean.
Warning: Have had nearly a bottle of wine (Sweet Spanish White) so beware...:)

Ok, before Elsie goes postal trying to find a photoshop dialog in paintshop pro... John, I think you missed the title of this thread... OTOH, he admitted to GAUI (Giving Advice Under Influence ;)) so don't take it too hard on him.

lol. thanks everyone!!
i had a tinker in the layer palette and discovered that if i did the flood fill on the background layer, and then made the top layer (the shape) invisble...... ta dum!!! :) (not sure whether that's what people were trying to explain to me all along, but at least i ended up with a clue where to look, so there's progress! :D)
and for those of you wondering why i'd draw a shape and then just hide it again, here's the effect i was aiming for......
