Help in removing Zoints code from "About Me" tab in user profile

Hello all,

I had Zoints Local installed on my forum and didn't care for it. I have since removed it, but now people who joined when I had it show some sort of zoints code in their "About Me" tab in their User Profile (see image). I would like to see if any body would be able to help me remove this.

I have placed this in the Zoints site as well but am doubtful of a response much less a good response. So I thought I'd ask here as well.

This may seem a dumb question, but have you made sure you've removed all of the Zoints files in their download package?

I assume you have uninstalled the Zoints Local product.

Check for modified templates in the Member Info Templates. If there are any, revert them. If not, the code is being inserted via a hook. Check the plug-in manager for any Zoints plug-ins and search your templates for any remaining Zoints related templates.

I had no problem uninstalling Zoints some time ago, but then that was not Zoints Local.

First I removed it from the admin CP in manage products, then I removed the file from the server.

BTW, I did get quicker response from here than their support forum... But they have responded and have asked some questions too.
