You guys may be interested in this plugin. http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?p=1041223
Basically it creates a page that lists which spiders have visited, how many times and what pages they viewed. Simple install and works perfectly on 3.5.4 for me.

I tried it last week, ended up flooding my email with reported database errors in hours with entries like this (sanitized the domain and email address);
Invalid SQL:
DELETE FROM vb_spider_watcher WHERE bot = '<a href='http://www.foo.org'> Forex Trading Network Organization </a> xxxx@foo.org';
I just removed it for now.

have you upgraded to 3.6 dakar? If so, that may be the problem

not yet, the production site is still running 3.5.4, that's where that error was generated.

I was using this for a while when it was first released. Its handy but I'm content with going to the web stats page and viewing a detailed page from there :)

Hey, nice hack!
BTW, I wrote it. ;-)
The latest version that I posted on vBulletin.org (Beta 10) fixes a number of issues, one of which is the one you've mentioned dakar.

Hey if I didn't say so over on the .org. Thanks for the hack. I upgraded to the latest a few days ago and forgot to setup the cron job so I thought it was broken, I installed and reinstalled few times. Finally, I read through the instructions again.. I'm a tard. :eek:
