Looking for active people who enjoyes helping a community

Since i have a dead staff at most times, im looking for anyone or a group who would like to help moderate the forums of metroconnections so i can think about eliminating the older staff who no longer serve a purpose.

My recommendation is still the same. Stick to the addons you really need while getting started. Post post post! I'm not sure how a new visitor who is new to forums would react to all of the stuff going on. It may be too confusing of a site for them to want to register.

I'll again echo Ray's words. I'd also like to add that your moderators should really be people you know at least for a little while online and trust serve your members well. At my DJ board with all the moderators either I've knowb them online for years or one of my admins whom I've known for a long time knows and trusts them.

Same difference all the boards I mod at the owners have known me for quiet a while before offering me a moderatorship.

With just taking applications from random people you don't know who you're going to get or what their agenda is.

I already cleaned up alot of mods i used, didnt find them really that good plus another mod that took me 3 days, still looking towards getting rid of more to free up the clutter and well metro is no longer the same lol
