banner rotator script?

I'm looking for a simple rotator script that will allow flash banners. Anybody know of one?

I don't need stat tracking or any bells and whistles, just a simple rotator.

It's completely free, allows target advertising, advertiser logon and campaign management as well as statistics and reporting... A definite requirement if you're charging your advertisers CPM or impressions

i am going to add a rorating ad as well but am not sure which one to add...joey posted one recentlly but i am reading through reviews and it has been hit or miss getting it to work.
