How do I create a text link?

I have an extremely basic question. I want to create a link that allows guests to register for my forum when they click on the word "here", as in "click here." How do I do this? I need very basic steps, please.

the html code would be:

<a href="yourwebsiteaddress.com">Click Here</a>

But if you're talking about putting it here in your sigline or something, just type the words Click Here, then highlight them with your mouse. Next, click on the link icon in the editor, type in your site address, and ok. You'll then see the words underlined, and probably a different color than before. that means they are linked to the address you supplied
