Adsense problems....

I am having such a problem getting Adsense going on my site. It's a long story but here goes

Back in I had applied for adsense, and was, of course, denied, because my site was an adult site. Understandable.

So, about 3 weeks ago, or so, I sign up for Adsense for my graphics site, but made the mistake of using the same email address.

They write me back, saying I now have 2 apps on file, one of which is denied (well, yeah), and the new one, I need to change the address on. They give me instructions to go do so. I followed the instructions but the page kept refreshing rather than taking me to the area I needed to be in. SO I email them back and explain this.

They (Erica, I believe), tell me to email them from the new email address with ATTN ERICA in the subject line and they'll get it straightened out. That was 5 days ago. Nothing. Still can't log in.

SO, being impatient as I am, I re-applied using my yahoo email.

LOL... I get an email there saying that I've already signed up for that website using the peggy@vbimpressions email address. So they denied that app, and said that if I never received a verification email for the Impressions email address, to go to blah blah blah and request a new email. Which I did. GOT IT and verified.

SO, I now go and sign in at adsense. and get this message:

Welcome! You're signed in to Google Accounts under the email peggy@vbimpressions.com and your Google Account password, but this is different from your AdSense account email and/or password. If you're an AdSense publisher, try signing in using your AdSense email and password. Or, sign up for AdSense (https://www.google.com/adsense/apply)

AAAAAACCCCCKKKKK!!!! This account was created while signing up for ADSENSE.... http://www.exquisitelyerotic.net/forums/images/smilies/witsend.gif

I don't have any advice for you except keep emailing Google until they fix it and be patient with them. Google seems to have the attidude that we need Google and they don't need us just bide your time until you can find another advertising service. I signed up for Yahoo's beta server but still haven't been approved.

On a side note, You should've seen the rigamorrow I have to go through just to change my email address on file.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!! They wrote me back to say they'd made a mistake, merged something-or-another, and gave me a pw to my adsense account so that I could get in. I changed it to my own pw and I'm all set.
Got it on my website, forum and archive.

yippee! :D

Awesome! Don't forget to setup custom channels so you can see what sites the clicks are coming from. ;)
