Hey Guys! I'm new to vbulletin (just purchased yesterday). I see a lot of great hacks, but they don't have a description with them. Is there a place I can get a list of 'most useful' or 'most used' hacks that contain a description of what they do and how that helps?

I've been to that site, I still have a hard time finding descriptions. I'm having a helluva a time getting cmps to work @ www.wvutalk.com. The images don't load on the inital page *shrug*

dp, Hi and welcome to vbFAQ.
Some questions:
Which cmps do you have?
In order to get your style's images to work on your cmps page, you have to add the full image path in the style's StyleVars area. By full path, I mean http://yoursiteurl.com/forums/images/stylename (if there is one).
Which hacks are you particularly interested in? It might help us to help you if you tell us what you're looking at and we can tell you what it is/how it works.Welcome to the world of vBulletin ;)

I'm interested in SEO, a system to award users 'points' for posting to give them custom titles, a shoutbox, scoreboard, and right now I don't know where to edit the CSS vars to make the http:// at. Thanks for the help.
