Edit Menu links

How do you edit and add Menu links on the header? For example, on this page they read Home, Forum, User CP, New Posts, etc etc

Sure, you can put anything you want there. However, it needs to be coded in such a way that is in not obtrusive. Digital Point has this and it looks neat. But I never looked at the code to say do it this way or that way.

It's just html or in the case of Digital Point, Javascript.
