Yahoo..Index Only?

I've been getting crawled regularally by Google, Yahoo & MSN. It seems as if Yahoo only crawls the index page.

If I see a bot online, I'll watch who's online to see where they're looking. Google seems to have no problem crawling my whole forum. Yahoo sits on index and doesn't go any further. Back when I had the spider watcher hack installed all Yahoo ever showed was viewing the index.

Does anyone else have this problem? It seems like Yahoo lists plenty of deep links in vB forums, what could I be doing wrong?

Thanks in advance,
Dan

If one search engine gets deeper, they all have the ability. Its a patience thing. Yahoo eventually will get deeper, then drive you nuts with all the crawling its going to do.

Yahoo Slurp seems to have backed off alot of forums this weekend. I'm used to seeing a few hundred of slurp on most forums and they aint there this weekend.

Anyone else notice that?

I've noticed. Yahoo slurp is usually on my EE site almost 24/7. But has been noticeably absent the past 3 days. One of my mods brought it to my attention.

I have the Yahoo! slurp slurping right now. I get Google and MSN too. They are the stop sign on non-public forums. I think that's hurting me. Oh well.
