Is there a modification to provide /hack/mod style threads like the hacks in vbulletin.org and vbhackers how they are different to normal threads

Im wanting to create a forum for a community script and I wish modifications to be able to be displayed in this format, 3.6 vbulletin

thanks in advance

There is one such mod for GARS pro by the vbgeek, but it's not updated to work with the latest GARS and i'm not sure it will be updated.

GARS is a paid hack that does exactly what you want in a few ways. But it costs money. Plus as pointed out, the hack threads look they offer that looks like .org don't seem to work. Joeychgo tried it and it is not up and running here for that reason. He asked me to repair it, but since it's a paid hack and support from the author will likely be provided in the future, me fixing it would only complicate things. The chances my fixes would be the same as the authors proper implementation are slim to none and only create more work and almost definatly problems down the road.

GARS Pro is the Geek Article and Reviews System paid mod made by the vbGeek (http://www.thevbgeek.com/), maybe that's the kind of stuff you're looking for, it's highly customizable and allows you to imprint distinct personality to diferent sections of the forums.

Specifically the installs/release module (http://www.thevbgeek.com/showthread.php?t=1110) it's just an example of how you can customize GARS to your needs.

I think the Geek is renovating the way modules are going to be added to GARS 2.0 wich is the next version of it, so I would wait for 2.0 if I were you.
