It's a standard Header and Footer with two columns of content in between. The content is meerly html that displays some images and links.

You could duplicate that with the links page code I posted easily. The links page add in is very versatile. You can make any kind of static page you want by just giving it a new name and unique content in the template called by the links.php driver file and a few simple edits.

With PHP additions to the links.php driver file, the page can even be dynamic. The links add in is and can be a driver for just about any kind of custom page you want.
