HTML code needed

hi i need a code to load an html code form another page, for example

load an html from navbar/navbar.html

I think ya need to use a scripting language to pull that off.

I do it with php. I think pulling files is a security issue in JS cause it is client side and thus not allowed.

so i have to edit the code and then paste it on Header so the nav displays...
