I know were I change the size on username in hole forum, but I only will change size on username in threads... When I change it in usergroupe - then the username all over the forum is big :( Also in the "who are online"

Go into your adminCP ---> Styles and Templates ---> Style Manager
On the right hand side of the screen, on your main style, click onthe dropdown menu and select Main CSS, then Go

In the main css, scroll all the way down to the bottom to the box that says Additional CSS Definitions.

The first 2 lines should say something like
/* ***** styling for 'big' usernames on postbit etc. ***** */
.bigusername { font-size: 14pt; }

Change the number I have in bold ^ to anything you want. You can adjust it as many times as you want to, to get it just right for you.

If you have more than one style, you'll have to do this on each one.

will this also affect child styles, or does that depend on whether you've made individual postbit edits?

Most likely, child styles will be affected. Since I don't have any child styles, I don't know for certain. But I would say yes, just to be on the safe side, since child styles take on almost all characteristics of the parent style

I had to go into each style to change the font size. *shrugs*

yes you do have to do that if your styles aren't child styles.
Even if one has child styles, it's best to check on them anyway, because I have found, when I used child styles, that they did not adopt the characteristics of the parent style that they were supposed to.

Yep, I'm having problems with one child style. It doesn't want to take any of the changes I make to the parent so I'm doing double work each time I make a change or have to do template edits.

The thing is, if you made direct edits to the child style, it wont inherit further edits to the parent style in the specific parts you did this direct edits.

...

Don't really know if that was clear enough :p, if you need further explanations please tell me :D.

that's true, someone else told me that. That if you manually edit, say, the postbit template, in a child style, that template will no longer inherit any edits from the parent style over it. So once you manually edit that template, you'll always have to apply manual edits to it

Oh! Yes, I made edits to that style I'm having problem with. I changed colors and stuff like that on it. I also did that for the 2nd child style and I've had no problems with that one though.
