Camaro SS

Here is my latest design. I call it Camaro. I hope you like it.


I have included a blank header template that you can add your own text to if you want. Instructions for installing are below.
To receive support please click install.
Any questions or comments just post them in here.

Instructions for installing this style:
download the zip file to your computer
upload the entire camaro to your forum's images directory, so that your image path is images/camaro/misc (for example)
Go to your acp --> styles and templates --> download/upload style
in the righthand pane, under import styles xml file, click on browse and find the xml file where you downloaded the style to your computer.
doubleclick on the xml file so that it loads into the browse box
click Import.



EDIT: I was notified of an image tag I left in this that I decided not to use. I have updated the zip file. Just download it again and only upload the XML file again and replace the current one you have for this style. That will fix it.

Also I added the PSD files for the buttons.

Hi everyone, new here. Can I say some of these styles are really really good

BUT :), I cant get them to work. I'm using 3.6.3 and the fist one I tried was for 3.6.0. VBulletin said that the version i was using was newer than the style template. The only option I had was to go 'back'.

Anyway, I altered the XML file where it said version 3.6.0 to 3.6.3 and it imported fine, BUT

I can see the style in the style manager (so I have new style and default style) in the following order:- 1 new imported style, 2 default style. I dont know what else to do but my site is not showing any different

can anyone help :(

i had somewhat of a problem when i installed this...

the logo on the top did not show up (i didnt redesign it, just wanted to test it first)...The button also didnt show up...However, if i hovered my mouse over where the buttons should be the links were still clickable...I uploaded the folders in the proper mode in my FTP server also...Any ideas here?

hmmm.. I've not known of anyone having a problem with this skin. Please go into the style's StyleVars and make sure that the image paths are correct.

im going to try reinstalling again and see what happens...

btw, when installing the first time...it said that this style was created using an earlier version then the one im using...Im using the newest version, 3.6.5 i think it is and if im not mistaken i think it said this style was created with 3.6.0...So i opted to bypass that option...

I missed this. It's really nice. I'm gonna see if I can adjust it for Jasper Beach - even if I'm the only nut who uses it. hehehe

The version just may be where your issue is. I know that there were no template changes in the last two upgrades (3.6.3 to 3.6.4 to 3.6.5), but I I don't remember if there were any between 3.6.0 and 3.6.3.

yea the header still isnt showing up and neither are the buttons...oh well...still a nice design, well done..

Making them is far from the issue it's coding it to the style that I cant do.

I know theres several templates that have to be edited to make them work throughout the whole style.

If he doesnt want to write one (hopefully he will) I will go through a style that has them & read all the code to figure it out & write one for everybody.

Xhris works alot of hours and isn't here much.

miner at minerskinz.com does most of his designs with rounded corners - and they're free.
Might be a good resource ;)

Actually, when this style was released over 1 year ago, Eagle Graphix was on vBulletin.
I'll remove the live demo link, since it's no longer applicable.

Additionally this style is designed for 3.6.0 and has not been upgraded.

There is currently no live demo link. I will get one up as soon as I can. It will be at least a few days or more before I can though.
