Google Minus All Filters

Just a hypothetical question…

Do you think the quality of Google's serps would improve or get worse if they removed all the filters the seo community theorizes they use when determining serps?

IMO, the quality would get worse.

As a point of discussion....

The new MSN seems to be close to Google minus all filters. Using that as a starting point do you think that overall the quality the new MSN serps are better or worse than Google? Anyone have any examples?

well it picks up alot more sites when you give it a very specific subject since their isnt a great amount of filtering but its hard to find the content when the cached page does not highlight the searched words>_>

i think google would be chosen over all for it would filter out useless results and present you the most relevant and helpful websites when possible

MSN does not yet present such a service or is thought as that.

One think I have noticed, MSN doesnt index as many pages as google.
