Posting Guidelines Sticky

Are there any ready made "Posting Guidelines & information - PLEASE READ" type, er whatever the word is that I can't come up with :o , floating about that are free to use and or alter? I had a joker register under three different email addresses and put some links up to a porn site. I know a guidelines stickie wouldn't stop these morons but I need one anyway. If not I can get to work making one up myself. :)

Hey Rains,

You are welcome to have a look at and plagiarise mine (http://www.themouthpiece.com/vb/showthread.php?t=56) to your hearts content sir. I keep meaning to put these into the FAQ section but hae never got around to it.

Hope there's some there that you find usefull.
