Well, first thing was that I had a hard time finding your forums. Am I missing the Forum Button?

Second, im not a big fan of heavily skinned sites. They look nice, but can be slow loading and I dont think search engines like them much. Its my belief that the more graphics you put on a page (which means a ton of HTML) that the slower the search engines are to spider the site.

Third. You have 819 members but only 1324 posts? That is way off. If those numbers are accurate you need to get your members posting!

Ok, here are a handful of thoughts.

You need to do some link development. Here is one list of directories: http://www.seo-kit.com/directories.php Go to the free directories listed and submit your site. After that - trade links with anyone you can. Here is a free Link Directory (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=60403) for your site.

When you link your site - use the full web address http://www.extreme-mobile.com (http://www.extreme-mobile.com/) -- be sure to include the www.

Also - dump the VB stock archive. vb.org has a better one. the Easy Archive (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=65703). This archive is loved by spiders and is easily crawled. Be sure to put the link to the new archive where the link to the old archive is (in the footer).

Sign up for the FREE COOP AD NETWORK (http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/ad-network/?s=492) - You ahve very few indexed pages so your weight will be very low right now, but that will improve in time.

Now - GET YOUR MEMBERS POSTING!

Here are a few things you can try. First, install the New User PM hack (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=63269). In the PM that is sent to new users ask them to post an introduction and tell the site a little about themselves.

Next, install the Community Bulletin (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=66334) hack. This allows you to send a newsletter to all your users. It can be helpful to bring old users back.

Answer every post yourself! Become your own post whore. Get a few other members to be the same. People like to post in busy forums.

Thats some things to start. Dont forget to hang out here :)
