well I don't like this style so much...
1) the main table are 100% of the screen and that's not nice IMP
2) there is too much brown that isn't such a good color.
3) the icons http://www.vbwebmaster.com/forums/images/statusicon/forum_old.gif http://www.vbwebmaster.com/forums/images/statusicon/forum_new.gif are pretty much the same, u don't get the immediate difference when a new post is added

The logo of the forum is what I like anyway ;)

the mods and admins are very helpful and nice here ;)

ofcourse the contents are the most important things in a forum ;)
but graphic makes it's part because more a forum is nice to see more it's enjoyable ;)

I agree, I'd like the see the off icon almost completely washed out like a faint watermark. The artwork is very good though, just the contrast between the two is too close to tell the different right off.

I'm a 100% width fan. However, I really run mine at 97%, just a little border. I also have my inside page border at 15 where the vB default is 25.

Joey: do you have the PSD's of those buttons as I don't mind having a go at this for you. I could do it without the PSD, but would be far easier with it.
