There is a website that is linking to my site via 302 redirect. I have sent them requests via email and spoken with them on the phone asking them to remove the link. They will not remove the link. Any suggestions?

Try a whois and see if you can get a phone number - then write to their host and complain.

Could you please tell us how we may monitor for such things? Google I hear will penalize ya for it, however not help ya out, Is that true?

Could you please tell us how we may monitor for such things? Google I hear will penalize ya for it, however not help ya out, Is that true?I found this particular redirect when checking my site using Google's special operator "Site (http://www.google.com/help/operators.html)":
site:www.yourdomain.comIn Google's results this URL showed up:
http://www.realestatelinkexchange.com/links/action.php?sid=453145297&url=http://www.resalebroker.com&action=go&id=3661

I ran a Server Header Check (http://seobulletin.com/blog/server-header-check) and the server response was:
HTTP/1.1 302 Found

IMO, 302 redirects are "Bad News" and I avoid them like the plague.
