Well... as a start... perhaps add another <td> to your header table so that the white background extends the width of the forums...:)

sorrry, guys! I have gotten the links on the footer fixed (Thank you, Bassnuts!)
But the other part I am not sure of. In my real estate forums the email notifications don't work. We have had someone fix the avatar issue last week and now it's something else.
