Another place to look at to make money for your site is Cafepress.com.
Create t-shirts, hats, bumper stickers, frisbees and many other items with your logo on them and then open your CafePress.com store and let your members know about your items you have for sale.
Works really well.

Yes, cafe press is easy to use and no risk. If you make your own stuff though, you can make more, but there is always a chance you 'll end up with a closet full of stuff.

The transfers are OK. My art came out good. One washing and it was cracked and faded though.
They just slapped it on too, it was not centered at all.
To make like 2 bucks the member had to spend about 20 to 22 for a lousey T-Shirt. I closed the store and kept the shirt anyway.

Quality is fantastic IMO - have a store myself and I've ordered a few t-shirts and they came out perfectly :)

That's what they are.
I had silk screened shirts make for 30% the cost.

I don't like that place,. It also lets other people create things based off your forums or site, and sell it and then they get the revenue and not you. I just recently had a member at my forums do this, and i've email cafepress about it, so we'll see how it goes
