Backing Up Your Database

It is amazing how infrequently people will back-up their databases. Some people I have spoken to back up once a month and some never do.

Myself, I backup every day to 2 different computers as well the server does a backup every night as well.

How often do you do your backup and if less than once or twice weekly, why so infrequently?

I back up about once a week, saving a copy on the server and on my computer - and my host also backs up daily.

Depending on how much posting is done during week. I normally back up once a week. My server does it daily.
