Directory Hack?

Is there any directory hack available which can be integrated with vBulletin so that if somebody wishes to submit his URL/Link that he first has to register on the forums.

I know Joey has a Links directory, but am not sure if this is free or where to get it from. There is also the vBAdvanced Links Directory available at vbadvanced.com (http://www.vbadvanced.com/) and is the one I use on vBXtra.com and theMouthPiece.com.

I have set it up such that anyone can pop their link on vBXtra, though they do have to be valildated, but that only registered users can put their link on tMP.

No bother -- noppid even writes custom hacks --- ask him -- he's priced very reasonable.. and he's a nice guy to boot.
