Mp3 Player/quicktime

I would like to have my members be able to upload an mp3 and have a player built in so it would play. Is there anyway of doing this?

I'd like to be able to offer lessons so a member can just click and listen to what was uploaded without having to download the mp3 or video.

This one only uses a media player. Members can not upload songs or media to your server. This hack was taken from vb hacks.us. and is called "Embedded Media Hack" By TheProphet. I am using the "Embedded Media Hack" on my board. It works great. I was messing around with the "Multimedia Upload" last night, and was having problems getting it to work correctly. I'm sure it's a great hack, I just gave up because it was late.
