Good webmail script? [Archive] - vBulletin FAQ Forums

Does anyone have any good suggestions for a webmail script? It doesn't necessarily have to integrate into vB. Although it would be nice if it allowed users to sign up or automatically create an email account with their vB account.

I have Sendmail setup and can successfully use smtp/pop3. I can setup IMAP if needed by the webmail. I can run PHP and Perl.

I have looked on vB.org and have read different opinions. People started off saying good things about HiveMail, then it sounds like that project went downhill.

Please post any positive or negative experiences you've had with any webmail scripts so I can get an idea of what to try and what to stay away from.

HiveMail is the only one i know of, and it all seemed good to me, cept for the paying part :lol:

I thought the project went on hold for hivemail?

Did they reorganize?
