all thoughts welcome, any way to improve the site, things to add or take away?

And thinking about doing a static html front page, just not sure about the pro's/cons of it.

I like your color and style ideas.

You should have a more prominant link to th forums index.

I would suggest a dynamic homepage. The spiders like change.

A closed forum, (requires registration), is tough to be competitive in the serps. You'll need lot's of static content, or dynamic for that matter, pages to get your subject and keywords in the SERPs.

He does have a dynamic homepage - he has CMPS.

Your headerbanner links to http://www.fightrice.com/forums.php? -- you want it to be http://www.fightrice.com/forum.php --- or even better, have it link to http://www.fightrice.com/

Your keywords should be things people will search for and pertain to your site. Sex & women are not good keywords.

Your description should be a little more descriptive. this is what many people will see in the search listings, so use it to draw them into your site.

You need a link to your forums on the navbar so people who havent joined yet can find them and look around.

Read this forum SEO YOUR vBULLETIN FORUM (http://www.vbwebmaster.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=16) many things in there can help you including the archive hack thread and the How to SEO your vBulletin Forum (http://www.vbwebmaster.com/forums/showthread.php?t=615) thread.

I like the radio - how much bandwidth does it use?

Thanks for the comments and ideas, Going to work on some of them now

The radio doesn't use any bandwidth at all besides to load radio.php. All the content is streaming from live internet feeds like you would find at your local radio station website.

Yea its actually a nifty little hack, I pretty much kept it all to myself for a bit

Here is a good service(free) that will let you locate the stream information you need

You had my support as soon as I saw the URL.

It's the verge of being very nice and color coordinated and graphically coordinated, just a few small changes I can't (or don't want to this late) put my finger on.

Is the title supposed to be a Ferrari-type logo thing? That's cool if it is, otherwise... ignore me.
