Google ADs with "Ads by Goooooooogle"

While checking vbwebmaster.com's forums, I have found several times that bottom Google ad without "Ads by Goooooogle". I checked the source code to verify that it is actually ADsense ad and found yes, it is a google Adsense. Please see attachments.

I have never seen this anywhere else. Could you please share your comments regarding this?

No comments. Its just standard adsense code. As I write this, the ads by google are there on the ad on this page.

Okay but I have never seen AdSense Ads like this anywhere else than your forums, therefore, I asked this. I see Ads in the attached format in random order not always.

I cant explain why that one didnt have the ads by google -- maybe google is trying to see if clicks go up without the proclamation and is using them randomly - other then that I have no idea. Good catch though

actually i had a strange occurance the other day. i dont have a pic though as i didnt realise what was going on.

on forumhome the google banner ad showed 3 ads + 1 ad which was a block of 5 links INSIDE the banner ad. so i thought "thats weird" and i clicked on it. it then brought up a tiny box asking me to input a search request to change the ads to a certain keyword. i typed in a keyword and lo and behold it changes all the ads to that keyword.
