SportsOutlaw 06-07-2005, 09:06 PM I am considering seoelite. Any of you tried this software or talked to others that have? Its not a giant investment, but before I throw down the money, I would like some unbiased feedback on it.
Thanks,
Mike

Noppid 06-08-2005, 07:51 AM Certainly not something I would pay money for. You can get that kinda of info right here and at many other forums as well. There are free tools available too.

SportsOutlaw 11-17-2005, 12:58 PM heh, forgot about this thread. I was already using coop :), or I would have taken you up on that link noopid.
Now, if I could just get my pages indexed better with google so my weight would increase.
Loco.M 12-19-2005, 08:50 PM i signed up on the coop link, but it says my account isn't active ?
anyone know what needs to be done to make it active ?
thank you
minstrel 12-19-2005, 11:37 PM First, was your account approved?
Follow the instructions for uploading the files to your server and placing the code for the Coop ads on your site. Note that the script for the Coop ads must be placed in a footer or something so that they appear site wide.
Double check the permissions on the ads files.
Then go into your Coop account and click on "Validate".
Loco.M 12-20-2005, 12:21 AM i can't just add the site to my links directory, like i have been doing for others ?
and now that i think about it, i did upload a file, i remmeber,, then your site had to see the file.. that was all done, but my account is unactivated still

You activate it by using a link at the top of the coop page. "Validate". IIRC.
minstrel 12-20-2005, 07:36 AM You have to ensure that BOTH files are uploaded - one draws the files (xxx.php) and the other one keeps track of what has been displayed (xxx.txt). You have to create the empty .txt file and it must have write permissions set. Both files must be in your root directory. Once those files are uploaded, you must add a few lines of code to all of the pages on your site. If you keave out ANY of these steps, your account won't validate.
All the instructions are on the Coop page where you got your code to create the .php file.
One of my friends purchased something similar and he did not care for it very much.
JTingly 05-23-2006, 08:11 PM The seoelite link that crisko gave looks good. They have a 60 day money back guarantee, thats great. You can try it, and if you like it, continue to use it, but if you dont get your money back. Then, its not "throwing around your money", but good luck man.
